Terms & Conditions

  1. The customer agrees to pay the full purchase price once-off through the approved payment method.
  2. No monthly instalment arrangement applies unless separately agreed in writing.
  3. The customer remains responsible for ensuring that the full amount is paid by the agreed due date.
  4. If the customer defaults, a 25% monthly default penalty/charge may apply to the outstanding amount, subject to applicable law and the signed agreement.
  5. Mulena Food Company Ltd may take lawful steps to recover any outstanding amount resulting from default.
  6. The customer must provide genuine and accurate NRC, payslip, employment and contact information.
  7. The customer must notify Mulena Food Company Ltd of any change in employment or contact details.
  8. The customer authorizes Mulena Food Company to automatically recover via payslip in a case where they chose mobile money or account transfer payment but failed.
  9. The customer authorizes Mulena Food Company Ltd to verify the information and documents provided for purposes of processing and administering the purchase.
  10. The customer agrees that the information provided may be used for legitimate account administration, payment processing and lawful debt recovery.
  11. The customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
